Township Developers Win Big At The 10Th Propertyguru Indonesia Property Awards

Celebrating a decade of real estate excellence, the awards recognise a wide variety of achievements in property development and design.

PropertyGuru Group has announced the winners and Highly Commended recipients of the 10th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler.

Around 50 companies, spanning projects from Jabodetabek to Bali, gathered at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place to compete for accolades in property development and design, celebrating a decade of real estate excellence.

Sinar Mas Land received the title of Best Developer for the second consecutive year, supported by wins for projects such as Biomedical Campus and Tresor. The company also won the title of Best Mega Township Development for BSD City while its joint ventures with Hongkong Land (Navapark), Mitbana (Welton at Hiera BSD), and Sojitz Corporation [Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) at Kota Deltamas] received a variety of awards.

Paramount Land was hailed Best Township Developer alongside the Best Township Masterplan Design win for its project Paramount Petals. The company also received winning titles for the projects Hampton Square @ Manhattan District, Matera Residences, and Pasadena Grand Residences. The Best Sustainable Developer title went to Farpoint while the Best TOD Developer title went to PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. 

The new Social Impact Award went to PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta, which also won for the project Aspen Peak by Rumapadu in collaboration with Harmas Land.

Jakarta Garden City won the title of Best Township Development (Jakarta), in one of two wins for PT Modernland Realty Tbk, while CitraLand Gama City Medan won the title of Best Township Development (Greater Indonesia) for Ciputra Group. Anantara Ubud Bali Residences by Minor International and PT Wijaya Karya Realty won the prestigious title of Best Housing Development (Indonesia), in addition to the title of Best Luxury Housing Development (Bali).   

With six wins, Summarecon Group was one of the most awarded companies of the year, with its project Summarecon Bogor winning Best Township Development (Greater Jakarta). Several residential projects within its townships, including Flora at Summarecon Bandung, Leonora at Summarecon Serpong, and The Maple Residence at Summarecon Bogor, also received various awards. The Morizen at Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, a venture between Summarecon Group and Sumitomo Forestry, won two titles. 

Other companies with winning projects this year include Alex Villas; Astraland Indonesia; Damai Putra Group; DM Projects Group; Easton Urban Kapital; Farpoint; Fasindo Group; Frontier Experiences Holding; Greenwoods Group; Jimbaran Hijau; KPN Properti Indonesia; Perum Perumnas; PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk and Subsidiaries; PT KVP Aparthouse Propertindo; PT. Mekar Agung Sejahtera; PT Metropolitan Karyadeka Development; PT Metropolitan Land Tbk; PT. New Kuta Golf And Ocean View; PT. Prima Jaya Sarana Mulia; PT Sentul City Tbk; PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal; PT The Executive Centre Indonesia (TEC); and Two Cities Group.
